Using this website

Orders and consultations

When you place an order or book a consultation, you are making an offer to us. We confirm it once we have accepted it. We may decline or cancel an order or booking, for example if an item is unavailable or details are incorrect, and we will tell you if that happens.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown in the currency stated on the page and may change before an order is confirmed.
• Payment is due as set out when you place your order or confirm your consultation.
• Made-to-measure and custom pieces may require a deposit before work begins.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within the time we give you, but delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by couriers or events outside our control are not our responsibility.

Returns and alterations

Tell us as soon as possible if something is wrong with your order. Custom and made-to-measure items are made for you, so they may be exchanged or refunded only where there is a fault or the piece is not as agreed.

The designs, photographs, text and logo on this website belong to Corporate Catwalk. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
