There is an old idea that professional dressing means disappearing: grey, navy, nothing that might be remembered. We think the opposite is true. The people who are remembered in a room are the ones who look like they chose what they are wearing.
At Corporate Catwalk we design for the woman who walks into a meeting and does not need to explain her outfit. Here is how we think about getting there.

Start with the silhouette
Colour and print get the attention, but shape does the real work. A wide-leg trouser with a fitted top, or a long pleated skirt with a clean, structured shoulder, says “considered” before anyone has read a single stitch. Get the proportion right and the rest becomes easy.
Let one piece lead
Choose one statement item and let everything else support it. If the trousers carry a bold stripe, keep the top simple. If the top is the star, let the skirt be quiet. The result feels deliberate rather than loud.

Pick fabrics that behave
A long day in the office followed by an evening event is a hard test for any outfit. Look for fabrics that hold their shape, breathe, and still move when you do. If a piece looks good while you are walking, it will look good at a conference table.
Confidence is the best accessory, and the best outfits are the ones you stop thinking about the moment you leave the house.
A quick checklist before you leave
- One statement piece, everything else in support.
- A fit you can move, sit and present in.
- Colour that makes you feel like yourself.
- Shoes you can walk from the studio to the stage in.
Dress like the person you are on your best day, and the room will take its cue from you.
