Print is often saved for holidays and weddings. We would like to move it into the working week, where it belongs. A well-cut printed piece is as professional as any plain one; it simply has more to say.

Think in scale
Large, graphic prints read as confident and modern. Smaller, busier patterns can feel more playful. In a formal setting, a large-scale print in a restrained palette is the safest way to make an impact without looking like a costume.
Anchor with a plain piece
If you are new to print, pair it with a single solid colour pulled from the pattern itself. A printed wide-leg trouser with a plain fitted top is the simplest formula, and it works almost every time.

Mix texture, not just pattern
Sheer organza over a fitted layer, a pleated panel beside a smooth one: texture adds depth without adding noise. It is the quiet way to make a printed outfit feel expensive.

Keep the accessories calm
When the clothes are doing the talking, jewellery can stay sculptural and simple. One strong earring or a single cuff is plenty.
Print is not a risk. It is a decision, and the people who make it well tend to be the ones everyone remembers.
